Solano Parent Network (SPN) was developed as a direct result of the Systems of Care grant specifications. SPN was modeled after original respite programs for the developmentally disabled population. SPN was formed in Contra Costa County and moved to the family of programs with ALDEA, Inc. in 1996 with Mrs. Nedra Park at the helm. SPN has continued to expand it's family friendly services under the auspices of ALDEA, Inc.. |
